The First Annual MPC Pickleball Tournament is a fundraiser for MPC Student Scholarships. The MPC Alumni Committee provides 10 Scholarships annually for first year and continuing MPC students. All proceeds benefit the Alumni Scholarship Fund and student success. All participants will receive a free commemorative shirt with awards given to Gold, Silver and Bronze in each level. The Tournament will be run by a professional Pickleball Tournament Director and will follow all USA Pickleball official rules. Tournament Play will be held at the newly built Monterey Peninsula College Pickleball Center.
Tournament Play will be round robin format with playoffs for medals and will include- Men's and Women's doubles( Saturday play) and Mixed Doubles( Sunday play). Levels will be 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+ and age groups will be 50 and under and 50+. Food and drink will be available on site for purchase.
Refund Policy
No refunds after the Last day to enter. We have provided a "Rain Date" in case of inclement weather- April 26-27. If a player is unable to play ( if they can't make the rain date) they are allowed to donate their entry fee or find a substitute to take their place.
