React Pickleball Tournament Refund Policy
At *Pickled Pink*, we understand that circumstances can change, and we strive to be fair while ensuring the smooth operation of our tournament. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your email] by the deadline specified below.
2. Refund Deadlines & Amounts**
*30+ Days Before Tournament Start:** Full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
*15-29 Days Before Tournament Start:** 50% refund of the registration fee.
*14 Days or Less Before Tournament Start:** No refunds will be issued.
3. Extenuating Circumstances**
In the case of injury, illness, or other unexpected emergencies, participants may request a credit toward a future *Pickled Pink* event. Supporting documentation may be required. All credit decisions are at the discretion of the tournament director.
4. Tournament Cancellation or Postponement**
- If the tournament is canceled due to weather, facility issues, or unforeseen circumstances, registered players will receive a full credit toward a future *Pickled Pink* event.
- If the tournament is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the new date. Players unable to attend may request a credit for a future event. No cash refunds will be issued.
5. Partner Withdrawals (Doubles Events)**
If a registered player’s partner withdraws, the remaining player is responsible for finding a replacement. Refunds will not be issued for individual partner withdrawals.
6. No-Show Policy**
Players who fail to show up for their scheduled matches without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds or future credits.
