New Growth Project provides job opportunities for individuals with disabilities on our 20-acre farm in Rockford, Michigan. Through the support from our peer-mentor program, our employees experience new skill development, growth in confidence, and a sense of belonging. Jobs include planting seeds, harvesting, weeding, and packaging our sustainably grown vegetables. In addition, employees gain experience in our gift box program by pouring our organic soy candles, and handcrafting other products we create on the farm in addition to packing gift boxes for our clients.
