Please note that the service fee of $5 (if playing one event) or $10 (if playing in 2 events) is non-refundable. That service fee, new in 2023, is applied to ALL players playing an event on PickleballTournaments.com or PickleballBrackets.com.

For withdrawals on or before Wednesday, August 14, 2024, there will be an additional $10 processing charge that will not be refunded. That simply covers the cost/handling of credit card processing.

No refunds or credits for withdrawals after August 14, 2024 for any reason.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY - THIS IS AN OUTDOOR TOURNAMENT. THERE IS NO INDOOR BACK UP. IF WEATHER IS A FACTOR WE WILL DO ALL WE CAN TO PLAY MATCHES. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR MAKE UP DAYS IF THE TOURNAMENT IS IMPACTED BY WEATHER.
