NIKE GRAND PRIZE:

Every registered tournament player has a chance to win the NIKE GRAND PRIZE.

The NIKE GRAND PRIZE will be awarded to the top four (4) players. This is in addition to a gift certificate to Whirlaway Sports for all bracket winners.

Each NIKE GRAND PRIZE winner will receive:

• An ultimate NIKE PICKLEBALL GIFT BASKET

• National Recognition a NEWS tile on the NIKE- US CAMPS PICKLEBALL website

Criteria used to determine the NIKE GRAND PRIZE winners:

2. Point Differential (PD)

MEDALS:

Medals (or equivalent) will be awarded to every tournament bracket winner.

REGISTRATION FEE: $55 for one event and $15 for each added event.

TOURNAMENT OPERATIONS:

• SKILL LEVEL: a team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player. A Pickleball Bracket or DUPR rating will be used, or players may self-rate. Player skill levels are subject to adjustment based on past performance and review of Tournament Director

• AGE GROUPING: a team may not play UP in age. A team must play at the age level of the younger team member.

• BRACKET MODIFICATION: the Tournament Director reserves the option to modify brackets and format as needed.

• START TIMES: all start times (to be posted later) are subject to change and events may be merged or split based on event registration.

• REFEREES: most matches are self-monitored, however, there may be a referee/referees in training. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

• REGISTRATION and payment are online through this website only.

Volunteers are always greatly appreciated, and we guarantee you’ll have a good time. All scores may be entered into DUPR but this is not guaranteed. To secure your DUPR account please register at https://mydupr.com/signup. In the event a player is not registered, no scores for that player, and anyone they play with or against, will be reported to DUPR. If you want your scores to count, then register today.

A 100% refund will be offered (minus processing fees) if a player withdraws prior to the registration closing. Refunds will be issued no later than 15 days after the completion of the tournament.

There are no refunds if a player withdraws after the tournament registration closing.

RAIN DATES:

In the event of rain, we may temporarily suspend play. Matches may resume once the tournament director determines it is safe to play. We will make every effort to reschedule missed matches within the tournament dates. There are no weather event refunds.
