New Mexico State Games is proud to announce a partnership with HBC Event Services. In order to better serve our track and field community during meets, a “Support the Sport” format has been implemented. With competitive rates and customer service representatives available 24/7, HBC Event Services makes booking your tournament lodging experience seamless.
Support the Sport establishes a tight partnership between the New Mexico State Games, hotels, coaches, and participants. Our primary mission for the “Support the Sport” events is to provide greater support to the local track and field community and ensure priority bookings at “competition facilities” for future tournaments.
Finally, you have the ability to purchase a Travel Protection Plan with up to 100% for covered cancellations reasons, like event cancellation, as well as a Cancel for Any Reason benefit of 75% coverage of your unused non-refundable prepaid expenses for travel arrangements you paid for your trip, including the event registration costs.
