This is designed as a fun trial tournament to better prepare the Club to host the regional tournament on June 9-11. The focus will be on fun, while at the same time, testing the tournament software, helping referees to practice, and to trial all facets of the committee's planning. As we have never run this software before, hiccups may occur, so your patience may be required.
Cost is $10 cash, to help cover administration costs of running the software, and is due at the Welcome Desk when you arrive on the April 29th. The Welcome Desk will open at 7:30am, with games expected to start around 8am.
However please note that your registration must be completed in advance and before April 10th to permit the draws to be finalized. This tournament has a maximum enrollment, and may close before the indicated date, so book early.
We are offering a subset of the June tournament, mixed doubles ONLY. As registrations arrive, we will be expanding the number of teams in popular categories, merging categories, and/or eliminating empty categories completely to fill the time available. This is all part of the testing.
If your ideal category is full, enter the wait list, try a lower age group, or perhaps even a higher skill category. It’s for fun, Remember, we are looking for as many registrants as we can fit in our 6 courts within our 3 hour window.!!!!
