<p>• 8:00 AM – Check-In</p>
<p>• 8:30 AM – Ground Rules & Format Overview</p>
<p>• 9:00 AM – Men’s & Women’s Doubles Begin</p>
<p>• 11:45 AM – Rapid Raffles (keep your tickets!)</p>
<p>• 12:00 PM – Mixed Doubles Begin</p>
<p>• 4:00 PM – Tournament Ends</p>
<h4><strong>Formats</strong></h4>
Rules may be subject to change at last minute.
<h5><strong>Round Robin (12–13 Teams) – Men’s & Women’s Doubles (3.0–3.49)</strong></h5>
<p>• Split into 2 pools: 6 teams each (2 pools may have 7 teams).</p>
<p>• Games to 9 points, win by 1.</p>
<p>• Switch sides at 5 points.</p>
<p>• Top 2 teams from each pool advance to Medal Round.</p>
<h5><strong>Round Robin (18 Teams) – Mixed Doubles (3.0–3.49)</strong></h5>
<p>• Split into 3 pools: 6 teams each.</p>
<p>• Games to 9 points, win by 1.</p>
<p>• Switch sides at 5 points.</p>
<p>• Top 2 teams from each pool advance to Medal Round.</p>
<h5><strong>Round Robin (5–6 Teams) – Men’s/Women’s/Mixed (3.5+ Women, 4.0+ Men)</strong></h5>
<p>• 1 pool with all teams together.</p>
<p>• Games to 11 points, win by 2.</p>
<p>• Switch sides at 6 points.</p>
<p>• Top 4 teams from 1 pool advance to Medal Round.</p>
<h5><strong>Medal Round</strong></h5>
<p>• Single elimination bracket to determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze.</p>
<p>• Games to 11 points, win by 2.</p>
<p>• Switch sides at 6 points.</p>
<h5><strong>General Rules</strong></h5>
<p>• Spectators are not allowed to make out calls — only players on the court may make calls.</p>
<p>• Both players on a team must agree if the ball is out.</p>
<p>• If one player calls “out” and the other says “in,” the point will be given to the serving team.</p>
<p>• USAPA rules apply unless otherwise noted.</p>
