The second major NPL Championships of the year, held in Brisbane will be a PWR700 event, meaning 700 points are up for grabs for all Open Event Winners.
The stakes are high with $55,000 of Prize Money

Event Divisions:
• Open (Pro)
• 19+ (Intermediate)
• Masters (50+)
Format: All events feature an initial Pool Stage followed by Single Elimination rounds.
PRO (OPEN) EVENTS
- Automatic Entry: Contracted NPL Players
- Main Draw Size: Up to 40

Pool Stage:
- First to 11 or 15 Pool size dependent
Single Elimination
- First to 15 followed by
- Best of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.
19+ (Intermediate)
Skill Level guidance
The 19+ event is open for all; however, it is designed for those not competing in the Pro / Open events. This is a broad range from those new to tournament play to those not at the level above 4.5.
Pool Stage:
- First to 11 or 15 Pool size dependent
Single Elimination
- First to 15 followed by
- Best of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.
MASTERS (50+) EVENTS
Skill Level guidance
The Masters division is open for all our players over the age of 50. Compete against those your age, the skill level is open.
Pool Stage:
- First to 11 or 15 Pool size dependent
Single Elimination
- First to 15 followed by
- Best of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.
