We aim to have an amazing player experience for everyone. There will be a Saturday player party in the afternoon with food, beverages, and free raffles!

All paddles must be on USAPA approved list.

Format:

Round Robin with playoff

Round games/matches 1 to 15 win by 1.

Playoffs 1 to 15 win by 2

Gold Medal 2/3 to 11 win by 2

Bronze Medal 1 to 15 win by 2

All teams will make playoff rounds.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

There are no referees, all matches are self officiated

Weather refunds are up to 50% refunded for any weather related issues.

We have planned this tournament in January to hopefully avoid any rainfall. We will monitor the weather closely leading up to the event. Brackets can be adjusted in the event of inclement weather.
