• The event will be a 1-day Round Robin style tournament. Our goal is to have each team play at least 5 games. The event runs all day with the first matches beginning at 8 AM. Players will be contacted about 1 week prior to the event with their starting times.
• Each round robin group will consist of 6 teams organized by skill level. Each venue will host the following groups - Mixed doubles teams at 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0 levels and we offer an Open 4.5 bracket (Co-ed).
• Teams can indicate preferred venue at time of registration. Residents of participating communities will have priority to their home courts.
• Franklin X-40 balls will be provided. Gift bag for all participants and raffles will be available! This is not a USA Pickleball Sanctioned Event.
• Event director reserves the right to adjust venues and formats as needed.
• Since this is a charity event, and we are using public venues, there will be no rain dates or refunds. Please plan on checking in at least 30 Minutes prior to scheduled start time.
We are using Pickleball Brackets to register for the event. You will need to create a free player account to register. The rating that you state when you create your account will determine the skill level events available to you.
