Dear Players, we are excited to invite you to participate in our great Oktoberfest event at The Yards.

We are offering two age brackets: Open age and 60+. Open age will have 4 skill levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, and 4.5+ while 60+ bracket will have 3.0+ and 4.0+ skill levels.

Schedule:

Friday October 6th: starting at 9am: Ladies Doubles 60+ and Men's Doubles 60+ (both skill levels).

5:15PM MONEYBALL

Saturday, October 7th: Ladies Doubles Open Age all skill levels, Men's Doubles Open Age, all skill levels.

Sunday, October 8th: Mixed Doubles Open Age, all skill levels, Mixed Doubles 60+ 3.0+ and 4.0+

Format of play will be Round Robin.

During our tournament, there will be Oktoberfest at The Yards with beer tasting and beer vendors as well as food trucks (Saturday).

Event fees:

Registration fee is $55 (members of The Yards $45, members email pickleball@playtheyards.com for your discount code)

Event fee - one event is included in the registration fee, second/third $10

Moneyball event fee - $30 (total $85)

Code of Conduct:

All players will be held to the Player Code of Conduct

Withdrawals before September 20th, 2023 will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

No refunds or credits for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE.

If you registered and paid the registration fee and were put on the wait list; you will not be charged the event fee until you are actually moved into the event. If you do not move off the wait list; a full refund will be issued at the end of the tournament. The cancellation fee will not apply.

**The PT Software Fee is non-refundable as stated on the checkout**

Refunds will be issued 7- 10 days at the completion of the tournament.

This tournament is an outdoor event. If weather or any other unforeseen circumstance occurs, organizers will do all they can to play matches. If brackets are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the bracket may be finished or if winners may be determined. All unfinished brackets can be postponed to the later date and no refunds will be issued.
