EVENT FORMAT: Round robin pools feeding into single elimination draw. Event brackets will be:
Men’s and Women’s Doubles
3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+ on Saturday, July 12, 2025.
Start times: (Subject to Change)
Mens 3.0 and 3.5: 8:30 am
Mens 4.5: 9:30 am
Mens 4.0: 12:30 pm
Womens 3.5: 8:30 am
Womens 4.5: 10:00 am
Womens 3.0 and 4.0: 12:00 pm
Mixed Doubles
3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+ on Sunday, July 13, 2024.

Mixed 3.5 and 4.0: 8:30 am

REGISTRATION DETAILS
NOTE: All Registration is through Pickleball (www.pickleball.com formerly Pickleball Brackets) and all registrants will need to create an account on Pickleball.com if you do not have one (you do not have to create an account if you have previously had an account in Pickleball Brackets). It is free and easy to complete prior to tournament registration dates.
When registering for a skill level (eg. 4.0, at least one of the players must be rated at the skill level at the event. A 3.5 rated player playing with a 4.0 player is eligible to play in a 4.0 event. Two 3.5 rated players are not eligible to play in a 4.0 event.
Registration Fees: $70.00 (includes 1 event, lunch and healthy snacks) plus $25.00 for 2nd event plus processing fees.
Eye Protection is Mandatory.
An online waiver will need to be signed during registration.
Online payment via Stripe. Please note: Stripe allows credit card payments, you do not have to have a Stripe account.
Registration is not complete until BOTH partners have registered (Partner has 24 hours to register), agreed to the tournament waiver, and paid all fees owing. Registration is limited in each event and teams will be added off the waitlist once entries are in. If partner has not registered with 24 hours your team will be placed at the bottom of the waitlist.
We will be using the Onix Fuse Indoor Pickleball (Yellow).
There are NO warm up courts when play begins so you are encouraged to use outdoor space if necessary.
Once the tournament starts, there will only be a 2 minute warm up time before your match on the competition courts.
Plan to arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to the start of your event to check in. We will start events early if courts are available.
When the maximum per event is reached based on fully registered/paid teams, others will be added to the waitlist and we will readjust numbers to add teams to events depending on overall event numbers. In the case of waitlists, teams will take priority over individuals.
