Tournament Description
Pickleball GLOW IN THE DARK Doubles Mixer is a Saturday evening social tournament. Sign up with a male or female partner for this coed doubles event.
The theme is Country Western GLOW - All Cooped Up in AZ Food Truck will be serving up some amazing gluten-free hand-breaded chicken tenders with mouth-watering homemade sauces over your choice of potato, sandwich or wrap. Come as early as 5pm for some dinner! Southwest Entertainment DJ will be playing country western music - dancing encouraged! Caricature Artist Don Evenson will be drawing portraits for those interested. Lots and lots of free prizes for players and spectators as well as a 50/50 cash raffle benefiting Lost Our Home Pet Rescue. BYOB Beer/Wine.
All matches will be played under black lights with glow pickleballs, glow lines and glow nets, beginning at 6:30pm. There will be prize medals for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place, best Glow costume, best country western costume and more - both players and spectators are eligible for costume prizes.
Player Registration fee is per person and includes a FREE GLOW t-shirt and player free prize drawing! BYOB Beer or Wine! There will be Glow Face Painting, Paddle & Shoe Glow Taping and a Photo Booth.

Additional Souvenir GLOW T-Shirts can be pre-ordered for family and friends for $20 each, or purchased at the event for $25 (while supplies last). Sizes available for pre-order - M, L, XL, XXL. Sizes may be limited at the event.

***All skill levels welcome. Only requirement is you must understand the rules and how to score. Be sure to select the appropriate event based on your level of play.
Refund Policy
CANCELLATION:
This is an outdoor event with no make-up dates. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is not available.

REFUND POLICY:
Players can withdraw from this mixer through October 14, 2023 at 5pm and receive a refund.
No refunds will be issued after October 14, 2023 at 5pm.
You must email GLOW@OnCourtAdventures.com in order to request a refund.
*Note: $5 Processing fee will not be refunded.
