The KRC is Eastern Ontario's newest and largest indoor pickleball club. We offer 12 pickleball courts, lots of free parking, air conditioning, showers in our changing rooms, and a pickleball pro shop. The KRC is a fun welcoming space. Nous parlons Francais.
We will be offering the following categories:
Saturday October 25th:
-Mixed Doubles 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0+, with age categories 50+. 9am start.
-Women's Doubles 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0+, with age categories 50+. 12pm start.
-Men's Doubles 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0+, with age categories 50+. 3pm start.
Sunday October 26th:
- Full court singles- Age 35+ 3.5 Level- 9am start
- Full court singles- Age Up to 15- 9am start
-Mixed Doubles 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0+, with age categories 49 and younger. 12pm start.- MAY CHANGE.
-Women's Doubles 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0+, with age categories 49 and younger. 3pm start.
-Men's Doubles 2.5/3.0/3.5/4.0+, with age categories 49 and younger. 6pm start.
The registration base fee will be $70, + $15 Per Amateur Event. Non-refundable PB service fee of $5 US for one event, $10 for 2 or more, added at checkout.
Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. You and your partner both have 5 days to register before being put onto the wait-list. Maximum 6 teams per division! Divisions may be combined if fewer than four teams register. If necessary, divisions will be combined with teams of the same skill level but from different age groups.
Tournament Format:
The 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+ amateur categories will be pool round robins, with the top teams in each pool advancing to a playoff round to determine medal winners. Each team will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. (Games played to 15, Bronze medal match played to 15, Gold medal round best 2 out of 3 to 11) Games can be up to 11 with a guaranteed minimum of 5 games. All games will be win by 2.
Starting time for each day will be 9AM. Your event can start as late as 9PM, depending on how many participants we have registered, the time can change for each day.
