The True North Pickleball Tour couldn't be happier to be back in Ottawa for our fourth Ottawa Open. We are also very excited to be hosting it at the Amberwood Village Courts! 10 Permanent outdoor courts in a beautiful setting.

This will be a skill/age event with 50+, 60+, 70+ and senior open men's and women's doubles being played on May 16, 19+, 35+, 50+, 60+, 70+, open and senior open mixed doubles on May 17 and 19+, 35+ and open men's and women's doubles on May 18.

Open events with 6 or more teams will be played as a double elimination with prize money. All other events will be played as round robin/pools feeding into a single elimination medal round with bronze medal game.

As part of the True North Pickleball Tour this will be a qualifying event for the Tour Championship being held in Collingwood in September.

Your spot is not guaranteed till both players have registered and paid.

We will be refereeing as many matches as possible.

The Franklin X40, the official ball of the True North Pickleball Tour will be used.

Early registration will be available to Amberwood Members beginning February 9.

This is an outdoor tournament. Please see the refund policy. Every possible attempt will be made to dry courts and complete matches in the event of rain.

This will follow the official rules of pickleball but will not be a Pickleball Canada sanctioned event, and you will be able to play up in skill if you so choose. Tournament director reserves the right to combine events as necessary and to move teams playing up too far if he feels they won't be competitive.

Full refunds minus $10 admin fee available up to May 7. No refunds after that date for any reason including injury, illness or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of weather cancellation, 50% refunds will be offered to players completing less than 2 matches.
