Join us August 28–30, 2026, on the 11 dedicated pickleball courts at Topaz Park in beautiful Victoria, BC, for an unforgettable weekend of competition, community, and celebration.
The Outway Open is proudly featured as the premier tournament of the Victoria Pickleball Festival—Canada's first dedicated pickleball festival. Your tournament registration is your pass to an incredible festival experience, where high-level competition meets live entertainment, a vibrant vendor market, delicious eats in the food garden, and a fun-filled atmosphere for players, families, and fans alike.

REGISTRATION
Registration opens July 5, 2026 at 6:00pm PST.
Enter as a team and ensure that your partner registers and pays within 3 days of you registering. If a partner has not completed his/her registration within 3 days of the first partner registering, the team will be moved to the waitlist. When the identified partner registers and pays, the team will be moved from the waitlist back to the active list if a slot is available.
If you do not have a partner you can click on “Players Needing a Partner” to possibly find one.
Pickleball Tournaments will prevent you from registering in events that are below your DUPR score. If you are wanting to register in an event that is not listed as an option for you, please contact the tournament director to discuss further. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
BEFORE YOU REGISTER
To register for this tournament you must have a Pickleball Tournaments account AND a DUPR account. If you do not have a Pickleball Tournaments account and DUPR account, create them before registration opens. Please ensure your Pickleball Tournaments account and DUPR account are connected. REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee is $85.00 and includes your first event, and access to The Victoria Pickleball Festival. Playing in a second event is an additional $15.00. Pickleballtournaments.com also charges a service fee to registrants. Fees are payable through Stripe only via pickleballtournaments.com.

Round robin, semifinals, bronze/gold games
All matches are 1 game to 11, win by 2 (inclusive of playoffs)
*You are guaranteed a minimum of 4 games.

The tournament director and organizing committee may revise the schedule at their discretion to maintain the best possible flow of events. Start times for each category are currently listed to give players a general idea of what to plan for, but please be prepared for start times to be adjusted closer to the event when the total number of teams in each category is known.

Results from this tournament will be uploaded to players' DUPR profiles.
EQUIPMENT & CLOTHING
Paddles must be USAPA approved. Check the list of approved paddles at: https://equipment.usapickleball.org/paddle-list/
Protective eyewear is MANDATORY!
If a player is wearing clothing or is playing with a paddle the same colour as the ball, he/she may be asked by the tournament director to change.
