Tournament Format:
Each Bracket and Division will consist of 8 teams !
Winners move forward in the draw , losers of first round get placed in a consolation draw. (Losers of 2nd round in the main or consolation draw are considered done for the event, as they already played the guaranteed 2 matches for the event)
Each team registered is guaranteed 2 matches during the event they registered for! (Please note this will not be a classic double elimination tournament, but rather just guarantee 2 matches minimum due to the timeline the tournament must follow)
*Skill Level: (Ratings will be verified by the club at point of registration). Players with a DUPR rating must use that rating. Players with a USAPA UTPR rating but no DUPR rating must use that rating. Players with neither rating may self-rate within reason. The tournament director reserves the right to move players and teams between skill level brackets/events.
*Registering Together As A Team : For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 5 days of the first partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.
*Each player can only sign up for a maximum of two events. PLEASE SEE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS BEFORE REGISTERING FOR THE SECOND EVENT! DON'T SIGN UP FOR TWO EVENTS THAT PLAY DURING THE SAME TIME FRAME!

4.0+ - Women's Doubles – 8 Teams
2:00PM – 4:30PM
2.50 - 3.49 - Mixed Doubles – 8 Teams
3.5 - 3.99 - Mixed Doubles – 8 Teams
