By registering for this tournament, participants, coaches, and spectators agree to follow all venue rules and instructions from event staff. We will take all practicable steps to provide a safe environment, but participation is at your own risk.
Emergency: In an emergency, call 111 and notify a tournament official immediately. First aid is available at the check-in desk. The nearest hospital/A&E is Waitakere Hospital.
Hazards & incidents: Report any hazards, near-misses, or injuries to a tournament official or via [method: e.g., QR code/form/phone].
Player safety: Play within your ability, warm up before matches, and stop if injured. Hydrate regularly and use sun protection (hat, sunscreen).
Conduct: Unsafe or aggressive behaviour may result in removal from the event.
