RATINGS
This tournament will use DUPR to ensure everyone is in the correct event. The tournament director reserves the right to review all players and move anyone if it's deemed that a player is in the wrong event.
☑️ If a player has two or MORE DUPR accounts and intentionally uses the lowest rated account, you will automatically be withdrawn from the tournament.
☑️ On November 21st, tournament director will be reviewing all player DUPR's and will adjust accordingly. Ratings stand as of November 21st.
☑️ If your rating has gone down, it is the player's responsibility to contact the tournament to request to play in a lower division if spots are still available.
☑️ If your rating goes up and there are spots available, you will be moved automatically. You also have the option for a full refund.
☑️ If a player has less than 60% reliability rating on their DUPR, tournament directors have the right to make a decision on which bracket is appropriate based upon past play.
All scores will be entered into DUPR.
⭐️ 3.0 brackets are players under 3.499999
⭐️ 3.5 brackets are players 3.5 to 3.999999
⭐️ 4.0 brackets are players 4.0 to 4.499999
⭐️ 4.5 brackets are players 4.5 to 4.999999
⭐️ OPEN - Any level player may participate
TIMING
On Saturday and Sunday, Play may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. We will send out a tentative schedule 1 week before once registration closes. We do this to ensure our tournaments run smoothly and are never delayed.
FOOD AND DRINK
We will have snacks and drinks available for purchase at our on-site bar.
FORMAT (3.0 - 4.5 events)
Teams will play a minimum of 3 matches. The format will be as follows:
👉🏻 Pool-Play (1 game to 11 or 15, depending on how many teams are in your pool) to Single Elimination
👉🏻 Bracket (Pre-medal matches 1 game to 15)
👉🏻 Gold and Bronze medal matches will be 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
💰The $$ brackets need a minimum of 8 teams for full payout. If 8 teams are not achieved, tournament director will calculate payout based on the number of teams registered.
💰Brackets with less than 4 teams could be combined. Tournament director has the right to change the format and/or bracket combination to ensure a quality experience for all players.
FORMAT (Men's Open event) starts Saturday night.
Teams will play Pool play into Single elimination bracket. The format will be as follows:
👉🏻 Pool play games are 1 game to 15, win by 2 (1 timeout)
👉🏻 Top 2 teams in each pool will move into Single Elimination bracket
👉🏻 Single elimination bracket pre-medal games will be 1 game to 15, win by 2 (1 timeout).
👉🏻 Gold and Bronze medal matches will be 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.
💰The Men's & Mixed Open brackets need a minimum of 12 teams for full payout. If 12 teams are not achieved, tournament director will base payout on the number of teams registered.
