All player registration cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee and non-refundable service fees of $5/event. Withdrawals before July 12, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee and non-refundable service fee of $5 per event, maximum of $10.

Players who registered and paid the registration fee and were put on the wait list will not be charged an event fee until they are actually moved into the event. Players who are not moved off the wait list will receive a full refund issued after the end of the tournament. The cancellation fee will not apply.

PickleballBrackets service fees ($5/event up to $10) are NOT refundable.

Refunds will be issued 7- 10 days after the completion of the tournament.

During registration you may choose to purchase the Registration and Weather Insurance Policy in the event you have to cancel out of the event after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE.

The insurance will also cover your event fee in case your event is cancelled due to weather without a make-up day option.

In the event we are forced to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, refunded transactions will not include transaction fees unless our payment processor refunds them.
