Event Schedule:
Friday, October 24 — Men’s & Women’s Doubles
Saturday

October 25 — Mixed Doubles

Divisions: 3.0-3.5, 3.5-4.0, 4.0-4.5
Divisions by Age: 18+

Registration Pricing (Per Player):


Early Bird — $50 + $15/event (Before Aug 29th)

Standard — $60 + $15/event (After Aug 29th)

Late Entry — $70 + $15/event (After October 12th)

Rating System:
DUPR (if available), Self-rating


All match results will be submitted to DUPR!

Format:

* Pool Play: Round Robin | 1 game to 11 (win by 2)

* Main Bracket: Double Elimination

* Winner’s Bracket: Best 2 of 3 to 11 (win by 2)

* Consolation Bracket: 1 game to 15 (win by 2)

Note: The Tournament Director reserves the right to combine age or skill divisions if brackets are not full.

Full Refund minus a $20.00 processing fee will be issued before September 1st, 2025.

50% Refund will be issued until September 12th, 2025, after this date no refunds will be issued.

Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process, and will be refunded to the credit card used for payment.

All refunds will need to be requested when a player withdraws. Refunds are not automatically given.

Refund policy applies if your team was moved to the waitlist due to your partner not registering.

The software system does not allow fees to be transferred to another player. If you have a player coming in as a sub they will need to register and pay through pickleballbrackets.com; fees can not be transferred.
