ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Registration
Each player must register individually. Partners are not automatically registered together, and each player is responsible for completing their own registration and payment. Prices shown are per player, not per team.

Players receive discounted registration by signing up early. Registration pricing increases as the tournament approaches, and divisions may fill or close based on demand.

Each registration includes three components: a base registration fee, an event fee for each division entered, and a technology fee charged by the registration platform. All applicable fees are shown during checkout.

If payment is not received within 48 hours of registering, players or teams may be moved to the waitlist. Players without a partner may be moved to the waitlist approximately three weeks before registration closes.

Schedule & Format
Events will run throughout the day, with start times listed for each division. Start times are approximate and may change based on registrations, weather conditions, and match flow. Players will be notified by email if schedule adjustments are required.

All amateur divisions will use a round-robin (pool play) format with playoffs for top teams, where applicable. Games are scheduled as follows:
All divisions below 4.0: minimum of 3 games scheduled
All divisions 4.0 and higher (including Open): minimum of 4 games scheduled

While the tournament is designed to meet these scheduled game minimums, minimums may not be met if teams withdraw or no-show at the last minute.

Check-In & Warm-Up
Players must check in at least 30 minutes before their scheduled start time. Teams that fail to check in on time may be withdrawn from the event.

Warm-up time is limited to five minutes for a team’s first match of the day and two minutes for subsequent matches. Open courts may be used for warm-up prior to the start of tournament play when available.

Tournament Balls
Tournament balls will be provided and available at the registration desk. Players are expected to return balls after each match. The tournament will use Selkirk S1 balls unless otherwise noted.

Rules & Officiating
USA Pickleball rules apply. Players are responsible for making line calls in their own matches. Tournament staff will be available at the tournament desk to assist with rules questions or disputes. The tournament director reserves the right to interpret or modify rules, formats, or scheduling as needed.

Concerns regarding paddles should be reported to the tournament desk. Due to the amateur nature of the event, players may be given the opportunity to switch paddles or forfeit a match rather than receiving an automatic forfeit for a non-approved paddle.

DUPR
Scores will be submitted to DUPR for applicable divisions after results are posted. During the tournament, questions or issues should be brought to tournament staff. After the tournament, players with questions or discrepancies should contact support@mydupr.com
once scores are live.

Gender Inclusion Policy
The tournament is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Players may compete in the division that aligns with their gender identity.

Weather
This is an outdoor tournament. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related disruptions. The tournament director reserves the right to adjust event timing, format, or scheduling as needed to accommodate weather conditions.
