PADDLE UP WITH PURPOSE!
A fundraising tournament to benefit #FearlessFrankie and the Children's Hospital of Richmond Neuromuscular Clinic!
Join us for a day of competition, fun, and fundraising to benefit #FearlessFrankie and the Children's Hospital of Richmond Neuromuscular Clinic! Enjoy the newest and most impressive indoor pickleball facility in Richmond as you dink your way to the top of the leaderboard, all while supporting a great cause!
Don't play? No problem! We will have great giveaway and raffle opportunities, and you can grab food and beverages from the courtside kitchen & bar while you watch the excitement unfold. We can't wait to celebrate a successful event with all of you on December 14th!

Tournament Info:
This fundraiser tournament will be held at the all-new Performance Pickleball RVA premier indoor pickleball facility in Henrico, VA. Matches will take place on 12 state-of-the-art dedicated indoor pickleball courts. Medals will be awarded to the Top 3 teams in each bracket.

Men's Doubles
Women's Doubles
Mixed Doubles
Age Divisions:
49 And Under
50 And Over
(minimum age to participate is 12; please contact us for exceptions)
Skill Divisions:
Social Beginner/Low Intermediate (2.0-3.0)
Competitive Intermediate (3.5)
Competitive Advanced (4.0)
Competitive Elite (4.5-5.0)

Mixed Doubles in the Afternoon/Evening
Doors Open at 8:00am for Check-In, Warm-Up and Welcome!
Full Bracket Schedule & Start Times will be released the week of the tournament.
Registration includes up to two events and a tournament shirt!
Register and Paddle Up by the Deadline of Friday 12/6!

Rules & Format:
All brackets will be Round Robin with a Single Elimination bracket round and/or Medal matches to be played immediately following the completion of Round Robin play.
Round Robin matches will be either best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 or 1 game to 15 win by 2 or 1 game to 11 win by 2 depending on the size of the bracket and/or pools. Gold Medal matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2. Bronze Medal matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 or 1 game to 15 win by 2.
Notice:
Skill & Age groups may be combined at the discretion of the Tournament Director to create brackets as needed based on the number of registered teams. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to adjust the bracket and match formats as necessary.
Refund Policy
No Refunds for Cancellations or Withdrawals. Due to the fundraising nature of this event, we are not able to provide refunds after payment has been made. For any extenuating circumstances or situations, please contact us for approval. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Parking is available in front of and on the side of the building as well as in the surrounding shopping center. Handicap parking is available by the front and side/delivery entrances. The ramp to the sidewalk is located by the side/delivery entrance, which is available for handicap use only.
