Please withdraw electronically online before registration closes. Do not email the tournament director to withdraw unless you're having trouble doing so yourself online.

*If weather or unforeseen circumstances are anticipated to interfere with an events start time/day of play/location of play, those may change (even after start times have been posted) in order to strive for the completion of such events. This rescheduling will first be done within the original dates of the tournament. For example if Friday events, need to be moved to Saturday in order avoid rain, or an indoor location becomes available to rain, or matches need to be pushed back from an 8am start time to a Noon start time because courts are wet, these changes will occur. Please be flexible and understanding with tournament if these changes occur, because weather and outside circumstances are out of their control.
*If the entire tournament, an entire tournament day, or particular event(s) cannot be rescheduled within the original dates of the tournament, those event(s) will be rescheduled to a future date with the same players transferred to the same events.
*If an event has started, and weather or unforeseen circumstances affects an event's completion during that day, and completion cannot or will not be rescheduled, then the following tournament credit policy will be honored...
a. 0 matches played: Player will receive a Paragon registration fee and event fee tournament credit good for up to 1 year
b. 1 match played: Player will receive a Paragon event fee tournament credit good for up to 1 year
c. 2 matches or more have been played: No credit issued
Please note: Last minute withdrawals, player retirements/withdrawals for any reason during tournament competition, or no shows before or during tournament competition, that affect an event's total number of matches played are not causes to receive a credit. The above credit policy applies to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Credits are transferable to friends and family if a player wishes to or if they cannot play in a Paragon tournament within the 1 year.
All qualifying credits & refunds will be processed approximately 2 weeks after the tournament's completion.
