We are hosting a mini-tournament, Sunday, July 25 for Mixed Doubles 4.0+ members.
Details are as follows:
- Maximum teams: 20
- Format: Round Robin (2-10. team pools. Pools will be seeded by team age and/or combined team strength)
- Guaranteed games: 9
- Game format: Single game to 11, win by 2, max 15
- Registration opens: Friday, July 16 @ 6pm.
- Entry fee: $35/player
- Team-based entry
Additional Information
- The tournament will begin Sunday, July 25 @ 9 am sharp!
- Check-in will open @ 8am.
- A 30-minute lunch break will be provided after the first 5 rounds of play.
Refund Policy
Player requested withdrawals will be accepted until July 23, 2021, @ 6:00 pm with a full refund less a $10 administration fee.
After July 23, 2021, @ 6:00 pm, no refunds will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Prize Money
Players will earn 50/50 tickets based on the results of each game they play.
-If you win your game you will be given 3 tickets.
-If you lose your game you will be given 1 ticket.
-Top 4 teams will playoff to determine the overall 1st-4th place winners.
-The 1st place team will be given 8 tickets/player, the 2nd place team will be given 6 tickets/player, the 3rd place team will be given 4 tickets/player, and the 4th place team will be given 2 tickets/player.
All tickets will go into a draw barrel. 1 ticket will then be drawn from the draw barrel and the player with the winning ticket will receive 50% of the tournament profits & the club will receive the other 50%.
