-Thursday, July 31st: YMCA Charity Event. Classes, Clinics, and Round Robin

-Friday, August 1st: Social Doubles Co-ed Sessions 1 + 2

-Saturday, August 2nd: Gender Doubles (Different Levels)

-Sunday, August 3rd: Mixed Doubles (Different Levels)

*Refunds minus a $15 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through July 14th, 2025.

*NO refunds after July 15th for ANY reason.

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the morning of the event.

For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then he can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.
