Welcome to Paws and Paddles the 1st Annual Paws of Honor Charity Pickleball Tournament, a tournament to benefit Paws of Honor. The goal of Paws of Honor (POH) is to provide veterinary care and products at no charge (based on the availability of charitable contributions) for retired military and law enforcement K9s that have served our country, locally or globally. Retired K9s deserve accessible, high quality veterinary care in return for their commitment and sacrifice for our country. The monetary burden associated with veterinary care should not fall on the shoulders of the officer/handler/owner once the K9 has been decommissioned. All profits from the tournament will be contributed to Paws of Honor.
This is a non-sanctioned indoor tournament being held at Dill Dinkers Manassas with skill divisions in Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles and Mixed Doubles, with lots of fun for players and spectators alike! Representative(s) from Paws of Honor will be on site and possibly one of our furry K9 Heroes from the Paws of Honor Pack! Springfield Distillery will be on site offering whiskey and bourbon tastings as well as their signature canned cocktails for purchase. There will be a raffle and/or silent auction held on site, with all proceeds going to support Paws of Honor and their mission.
