All Proceeds will be donated to the Big Red Barn Retreat whose mission is to help struggling veterans, active duty, and first responders connect with others, rediscover their purpose, and become the best version of themselves, so they can create a positive, long-lasting legacy.

This event will be held on Saturday, February 24th & 25th at the Barr Road Sports Complex, Lexington SC.

Registration fee is $40. per person and includes one event ($60. two events). Pickleball Brackets will add their fee of $5. per player to each registration.

2.5 – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 9:00 AM (A Bracket)

2.5 – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 9:00 AM (B Bracket)

3.0 – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 12:00 PM (A Bracket)

3.0 – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 12:00 PM (B Bracket)

3.5 – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 3:00 PM

4.0 and above – Mixed doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages 3:00 PM

Sunday Feb. 25th Events are as follows (A Maximum of 7 teams per division):

3.0 and Under – Men's doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 10:00 AM

3.0 and Under – Woman's doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 10:00 AM

3.5 and Over – Men's doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 1:00 PM

3.5 and Over – Woman's doubles, sign up with set partner, All Ages, 1:00 PM

Players will sign up with a prearranged partner. Your team will play one match against every other team in your bracket.

Brackets of 6 or 7 teams: Each match will be one game to 11, win by 2. Medals will be determined by round robin results with no playoffs. (All brackets will receive medals)

***As registration proceeds, tournament management reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill.***

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player!!

You may register and identify your partner or request "Need partner".

Your partner must register within five days of your registration, or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five-day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid.

If a player needs a partner, the team will automatically move from the wait list to the active list once a partner is identified, registers, and both players have paid if there is an available slot to move to.

Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until you and your partner have registered, and all fees have been paid in full.

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded for each division, awards presented at the completion of each division after the games have been tabulated. ***In the event of ties we will use head to head games, then point differential if needed*** There will be no playoff games***

There are no referees, all matches are self-monitored, No Exceptions.

The ball used will be the Onix Fuse indoor ball in the color orange.

Snacks are available for purchase at the gym's snack bar, bottled water and fruit will be free to all registered players. You may bring food with you, please clean up after yourself.

We will have a charity raffle on the day of the event, raffle tickets will be sold separately for $5. each or 5 for $20. We will be giving away paddles and other gear in this raffle. 100% donated to charity.
