The PCPA (series 3) September Tournament is an age/skill tournament for ALL Ages including 50+. Events will be held for Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, and Mixed Doubles. Age groups/skill levels may be combined for bracketing. Men's and Women's Doubles will be held Saturday the 29th, and Mixed Doubles will be held Sunday the 30th.

Registration is $40 for the tournament and includes one event. Additional events cost $10 each. If you are a PCPA member, you can register for $30. Please make sure you join the Parker County Pickleball Association Club to get the $10 discount on Pickleball Brackets in order to get the reduced registration price. All proceeds go to 501c3 non-profits.

All event bracket details are subject to change based on registration. Please review your events 2-3 days before actual day of play. The tournament will remain open for registration until the tournament director deems the day’s events are full.

Brackets/Events will be round robin. Teams are guaranteed 4 games per event. A detailed breakdown of each potential bracket is below:

8 teams: 2 pools of 4, Round Robin matches to 15, best 2 out of 3. Top 2 from each pool will go for medal rounds.

7 teams: Round Robin matches to 15 win by 2, top 4 go to medal rounds.

6 teams: Round Robin matches to 15 win by 2, top 4 go to medal rounds.

5 teams: Round Robin matches to 15 win by 2, top 4 go to medal rounds.

4 teams: Round Robin, matches to 15, best 2 out of 3, all 4 teams go to medal rounds.

3 teams: If 3 teams or fewer, brackets will be combined.

2 teams: If 3 teams or fewer, brackets will be combined.

1 teams: If 3 teams or fewer, brackets will be combined.

Medal matches will be best to 11, win by 2, best 2 out of 3.

We also have wait lists for all events, and we will do our best to combine brackets or have A groups and B groups within brackets in order to get as many people playing as we can.

No membership in any association is required for registration.

This is an outdoor tournament. There will be no refunds for weather related cancellations. In case of weather delays, we will attempt to play all matches scheduled for that day.

Refunds will be available for up to 2 weeks before the tournament registration closes. All refunds will be charged a $5 per event processing fee. Emergency refunds will be issued based on approval.
