The PCYC Grafton Tournament is open to any member of Pickleball Australia (members of Pickleball NSW are automatically members of Pickleball Australia). The event will be held from Friday 13th June to Sunday 15th June 2025.

The schedule of events will be:

Friday 13th June: Singles afternoon starting from 4pm

Saturday 14th June: Women's Doubles & Men's Doubles

Sunday 15th June: Mixed Doubles

This is a Pickleball Australia SANCTIONED tournament.

Registration is $60 which includes entry into one event.

Each additional event costs $10.

Players can enter a maximum of 3 events - one per day.

Global Federation Pickleball rules will be used. These can be found here:

Participants are required to be a financial Pickleball Australia Member. In order to become a Member please visit: https://www.pickleballnsw.org/membership-registration.

Events will be played on 7 indoor pickleball courts.

Games will be to 15 points by 2 in round robin events with up to 5 teams, and up to 11 points by in round robin events with 6 or more teams.

All players will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games per event.

Referees will control all medal matches plus other games when possible.

Substantial food and beverage options available at the club including sandwiches, sausage rolls, meat pies, chips, lollies and wide range of drinks.

Full refunds will be provided to players who withdraw for any reason - no questions asked – before close of registration (23rd May 2025) - excluding transaction and service fees.

Once draws and event times are published, NO refund will be given, except when a medical certificate can be provided.

All indoor courts.

First Aid trained staff will be on site at all times.
