Our age brackets will be 14+, 35+, 50+ and 65+

You may register at a lower age bracket

Registration is by skill level: 2.5 and below, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+, Open Doubles, Open Singles.

There is a maximum capacity of 250 players for the tournament. Registration will automatically close when that number is reached.

Registration Closes Sunday May 13th @ 5:00 p.m.

** Please make sure your partner registers as well and is paid within 7 days

A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player and the age of the younger player. If you do not have a rating and are self rating, please advise tournament directors. Tournament Directors will have final say in self rating.

Weekend Schedule

Practice courts will be available on Friday on a first come basis from 4pm-9pm (8 lighted courts) . Please make an effort to share courts if necessary to ensure everyone gets a chance.

Friday- Men's and Women's Open Singles to begin Friday evening at 5:30 p.m. (check in at 5:00 p.m.)

Singles may continue into Saturday.

Saturday- Men's and Women's Doubles. Check in to begin at 8am - Matches will start at 9am. (exact start times for each division will be available Thursday after draws are made )

Sunday- Mixed Doubles. Check in to begin at 8am -Matches will start at 9am ( exact start times for each division will be available Thursday after draws are made)

Each division will play a round robin format. In the case of a bracket that is small enough to be in one pool, the round robin results will determine the winner.

Divisions large enough to be broken into pools, the top 2 teams from each pool will play a double elimination bracket to determine Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Parking- Lots of parking is available close to the courts.

You will need to stop at the CG Desk before entering the club

Pop up tent space is limited are allowed and portable chairs are encouraged.

Spectators will be allowed to set up chairs inside the fences on the temp courts. No tents can be set up on the courts.

USAP rules will be used for this event and only USAP paddles approved for sanctioned events are allowed.

A referee will be available to handle rules disputes and to referee matches as necessary.

Cancellations made BEFORE 5/5/2024 will receive a refund of the entry fee, minus $10 and not including the Pickleball Brackets Fees.. Players who withdraw after the entry deadline will NOT receive a refund.

In case of Rain canceling the tournament on the scheduled date, a Rain date will be offered. If you are unable to play on the Rain Date no refund will be issued. Whether to truncate play or move to a different date will be decided by Tournament Operations.
