City of Westminster Recreation and Parks proudly presents, Pickle in the Park Tournament on June 6-7, 2026, with a rain date of June 13-14, 2026.
Saturday, June 6: Women's and Men's Doubles (Round Robin format)
Sunday, June 7: Mixed Doubles (Round Robin format)
Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles will start at 8:30 AM on their respective day. Men's Doubles will start around 12:30 PM on Saturday, June 6. Round Robin with a Single Elimination bracket, medal matches to be played immediately following the completion of Round Robin play. Round Robin matches will be 1 game to 15 win by 1.
Cost: $50 first event with t-shirt/$40 first event without t-shirt, $10 for second event (plus, non-refundable $5 software fee per event)

Brackets will be determined by the number of participants entered for each skill level then divided by age. Player levels/brackets may be adjusted/combined at tournament director discretion (age and skill level). Pickleball uses a rating system to rank picklers from beginners to experts. Ratings go from Level 1.0 (beginner) to Level 5.0 (top players). Player's rating will be based on DUPR rating, if you do not have a DUPR rating then you will self-rate for this tournament. Need help? Registration includes winners’ medals, giveaways and refreshments.
Location is Westminster City Park (11 Longwell Avenue, Westminster, MD 21157), between Winters Street and Long Alley. Registration closes May 25, 2026. Each player must register individually.
When you register, if your partner does not register within 10 days, you will be moved to the waitlist, but as soon as your partner registers you will automatically be moved back into the bracket if there are openings still available.
