Pickle with a Purpose by Foster Group and World of Pickleball

Join Foster Group and World of Pickleball for a day of dinks and drives! This charity event supports Can Play, a nonprofit dedicated to providing adapted, no-cost recreational programs for underserved communities by removing barriers to play.

Foster Group will donate $5 per entry to Can Play—so every match played helps make play possible for others.

Tournament Details:

Format: Open doubles (men’s, women’s, or mixed), 3–6 matches per team

Levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced divisions available

Entry Fee: $50 per payer (price increase to $60 per player on October 4th)

Whether you’re in it to compete or just for fun, this event is about rallying together to give back. Space is limited, so register early!

FORMAT:

-Minimum of 3 Round Robin matches with top teams advancing to a Single Elimination bracket.

Both Partners Must Register Separately

Changing Partners: Partner changes must be communicated 1 day prior to the event and your replacement must be in the same skill division as you are registered.

Please note that if you are playing in a doubles event and your partner does not register within 7 days of when you register, you will automatically be moved to the waitlist. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If (after you are both registered and paid for the event) there is room in the main event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens up.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds Before the Cancellation Deadline

If you withdraw from the event before the Cancellation Deadline (September 25th, 2025), you will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. This fee helps cover administrative costs already incurred, such as venue deposits, advertising, and payment processing fees.

Refunds After the Cancellation Deadline

If you withdraw after the Cancellation Deadline, no refunds will be issued unless you have purchased the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy during registration. This insurance provides coverage for cancellations after the deadline, including cases where the event is canceled due to weather, unforeseen circumstances, or other reasons.

If you opted for the Registration & Weather Insurance Policy during registration, this will cover your event fee in case of cancellation for any reason, including low enrollment, weather, or other circumstances, and allows for a full refund even if the event is canceled after the Cancellation Deadline.

Waitlist Policy

If you were placed on the waitlist after registering and were not moved into the event, you will receive a full refund at the end of the tournament. The $25 processing fee does not apply in this case.
