Tournament Cancellation, Weather & Credit Policy
A refund, less a $15 processing fee, will be issued if a withdrawal request is submitted at least 30 days prior to the tournament registration deadline. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the tournament start date.
In the event that a tournament or any portion of a tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, no cash or credit card refunds will be provided. However, eligible players may receive a Pickleball Charlotte account credit equal to their registration fees.
CourtReserve Account Requirement
To receive or redeem any tournament-related credits, players must have a Pickleball Charlotte CourtReserve account. If you do not already have an account, please create one prior to the event:

2. Select "Create Account."
3. Choose "Non-Member (Free)" in the membership section.
4. Complete your account registration.
Any eligible credits will be applied directly to your CourtReserve account and may be used toward future Pickleball Charlotte programs, court reservations, events, or tournaments.
Refund & Credit Requests
All withdrawal, refund, and weather-related credit requests must be submitted through the tournament registration platform using the "Contact Tournament" option. Requests made through other channels may not be processed.
