The purpose of our year-end Pickleball Kelowna Club Tournament is to provide a fun, social, competitive experience for club members. The data collected from the game results will go towards PKC Club Ratings on Pickleball Brackets. This tournament is the last weekend of PKC's 2021 season, so let's get together and celebrate a successful pickleball season.

Our September Tournament will be a -same partner- round robin format, with 4-5 teams on 2 courts, playing 1 game to 15, win by 1. The top 4 teams will advance to the finals with single elimination, one game to 15, win by 2.

All the medal matches will be scheduled from 2:00-4:00 on Saturday and 12:30-2:30 on Sunday. PKC encourages all club members to come out and cheer during the medal matches.

This tournament is for Pickleball Kelowna Club Members only. Members without partners can register to secure a spot and will have until September 12 at 7:00 am to find a partner. After September 12, players without registered partners will be placed on a waitlist and players from the wait list will be placed in the event. Registration deadline is September 21, 7:00 pm. The registration fee is $10.00 for each event, with men's and women's doubles on Saturday and mixed doubles on Sunday.

If the events are not filled, PKC will invite members of surrounding clubs to register after September 14, giving other pickleball players a chance to join us by playing in the tournament and filling in the remaining spots.

Registration Fees, minus a $10.00 Administration Fee, will be refunded for withdrawals before September 21, 7:00 pm. Any withdrawals after September 21, 7:00 pm will not be refunded.
