Welcome to the 2026 Pickleball on the Moon Tournament!
Pickleball on the Moon is more than a tournament. This event supports the Breast Cancer Patient Assistance Fund through the Huntsville Hospital Breast Center, which helps local patients facing breast cancer treatment with essential financial needs such as transportation, utilities, and other day-to-day expenses. All tournament proceeds go toward supporting this charity. By participating, sponsoring, or attending, you are helping make a meaningful difference for patients and families in our community. The tournament is run by the Huntsville Pickleball Club.
The tournament will take place in Huntsville, Alabama, at The Picklr, featuring 11 indoor pickleball courts (7 championship-sized). Each court is individually fenced and features The Picklr’s outdoor surfacing system.

Join us on Friday, May 1 at Back Forty Brewing Company from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Players and fans are welcome to attend and enjoy live music, chance-to-win prizes, and more.

Tournament Schedule:
Saturday, May 2 – Women’s Doubles and Men’s Doubles
Sunday, May 3 – Mixed Doubles

Match Times:
Matches may begin as early as 8:00 AM each day. Final start times will be emailed to players after registration closes. Sunday match times will be determined based on the number of registered teams and may begin in the late morning if registration numbers allow.

Registration Schedule:
Open: March 10 – April 24, 2026 (midnight)
Early Bird Registration: $50 through March 31, 2026
Regular Registration: $60 through April 24, 2026
Registration includes one event. Additional events are $10 each.
Pickleball.com charges an additional $5 fee for each event.

Open Division Prize Money:
Each Open division will award $500 in prize money, distributed as follows:
1st place: $250
2nd place: $150
3rd place: $100
A minimum of 6 teams is required to host an Open division.

Important Registration Note:
Registration is not complete until both partners are registered. Players are responsible for finding their own partners. No refunds will be issued after the refund deadline if you are unable to find a partner.

Tournament Rules:
Official USA Pickleball rules will apply. Medal rounds for Open divisions will be officiated.
Only paddles appearing on the USA Pickleball Approved Paddle List as of the tournament start date may be used.

Player Amenities:
Players will enjoy daily snacks, a performance tee, a swag bag, and custom medals. Locker rooms with showers will be available for players.

Tournament shirt availability is not guaranteed for players who register after midnight on April 12.
