The Pickleball People Tour will be back in Punta Gorda this November for our highly anticipated National Championship event!

All games will be held at PicklePlex on November 8 and 9

This tournament will feature players from all over the country and there will be prizes for every event.

Medal winners will also receive the pro tier die cast custom medals, the same quality medal the professionals get.

Match results will be reported to DUPR. Come out for competitive pickleball and a great time!

FORMAT FOR EACH DIVISION:

4 teams- Round robin pool play. All teams will be seeded and advance to a single elimination playoff

5 teams- Round robin pool play. All teams will be seeded and advance to a single elimination playoff

6 teams- Round robin pool play. Top 4 teams will be seeded and advance to a single elimination playoff

7 teams- Round robin pool play. The number 1 and 2 seed play for gold, 3 and 4 seed play for bronze

8 teams- 2 pools of 4 teams. Round robin pool play. All teams will be seeded and advance to single elimination playoff. Games will be played to 15 win by 2.

9 teams- 1 pool of 5 and 1 of 4. Round robin pool play. All teams will be seeded and advance to a single elimination playoff. Games will be played to 15 win by 2

10 teams-2 pools of 5. Round robin pool play. All teams will be seeded and advance to a single elimination playoff

11 teams-1 pool of 5 and 1 of 6. Round robin pool play. Top 5 teams from each pool will be seeded and advance to single elimination playoff

12 teams- 2 pools of 6 teams. Round robin pool play. Top 2 teams from each pool will be seeded and advance to a single elimination playoff.

Scoring in the round robin will be games to 11, win by 2. Games in the playoff format will be played to 15, win by 2. One time out for each team in pool play, 2 timeouts for each team in the playoffs.

Registration Fee: $45

Each event: $15

Parking fee charged by the University: $5

The registration fee will move to $70 on September 7.

Start times will be posted when registration closes. The mixed doubles will be Sunday morning and the singles events will be Sunday afternoon.

Refund deadline: October 20th 2025

Refunds (minus a $20 withdrawal fee) will be given if you have to withdrawal or cancel. Or you can be given a free entry pass to a different tournament on our 2026 schedule if you like. Please email pickleballpeopletour@gmail.com if you would like a free entry pass instead of a refund.

$5000 in cash and prizes will be given out

Each player will receive a ticket for every win during the tournament

Tickets can be redeemed for prizes or put into raffles for bigger prizes

Medal winners will receive additional tickets:

Gold-5 tickets

Silver-3 tickets

Bronze-2 tickets

This is an outdoor event. We will do everything we can to play the matches if weather is a factor. Like most outdoor tournaments, we can't offer refunds if weather is an issue.

However, if we do cancel due to weather, all participants will be able to sign up for one of our other events on our 2026 schedule free of charge.
