To ensure fair play across all divisions, Pickleball Power Play uses verified DUPR ratings for player placement.

<li>Only one player on a team is required to meet the rating for a specific division. The other may piggyback up.</li>

<li>Registration is open on <a href="https://www.pickleballtournaments.com" target="_blank">PickleballTournaments.com</a>.</li>

<li>Players must register individually and find their own partner.</li>

<li>All players must pay their own fees.</li>

<li>The registration fee grants entry into the tournament.</li>

<li>Each event (Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, etc.) is priced separately.</li>

<li>A $5 processing fee applies to all registrations.</li>

<ul>

<li>DUPR ratings determine eligibility and division placement.</li>

<li>If a player registers outside their DUPR rating, they will be automatically moved.</li>

<li>If you are moved into the correct division and choose to withdraw, no refund will be issued.</li>

<li>It is the player’s responsibility to register according to their verified DUPR rating.</li>

<li>Divisions with no early signups may be removed without notice — register early.</li>

</ul>

<li>You may enter multiple divisions.</li>

<li>You cannot play in two divisions scheduled at the same time.</li>

<li>You may play two divisions on the same day if start times are separate.</li>

<li>To play up in skill, at least one partner must qualify for the higher division.</li>

<li>This tournament uses block-time scheduling.</li>

<li>Admins may merge divisions by age or skill without notice.</li>

<li>All Pickleball Power Play tournaments use round-robin formats.</li>

<li>All divisions receive guaranteed games.</li>

<ul>

<li>Registrations are non-transferable.</li>

<li>You cannot directly transfer your spot to another player.</li>

<li>All substitutions must follow the official process.</li>

<li>The substitute must pay the required administrative/system fees.</li>

<li>The substitute does NOT pay the full tournament price — only the required fees.</li>

<li>All substitution requests must go through the Tournament Director.</li>

Refund Policy

Standard Refunds: Players who withdraw before MARCH 5 2026 will receive the original amount paid minus a $5 service fee and a $15 administrative fee.
