This is a Classic Power Play Event.

All matches are played on your scheduled day, allowing for a smooth, efficient tournament experience from start to finish.

This Classic Power Play Event features round robin pool play followed by bracket play. All divisions will be completed on the same day. Every division follows our full-match format, and the structure below explains exactly how your division will run.

<li>8 Teams: 14 Game Guarantee — 21 Games Maximum</li>

<li>7 Teams: 12 Game Guarantee — 18 Games Maximum</li>

In 7 and 8 team divisions, each team will play every other team in their pool one time in full matches (best 2 out of 3 games to 11, win by 2).

After round robin pool play is complete, the top 4 seeded teams will advance to the semifinals.

<li>#2 Seed vs #3 Seed — Semifinal</li>

</ul>

The winners of the semifinals will advance to the Gold Medal Match, and the losing teams will compete in the Bronze Medal Match. All bracket matches will be played the same day.

In 5 and 6 team divisions, each team will first compete in a full round robin where every team plays each other.

After round robin pool play is complete, the top 4 seeded teams will advance to the semifinals.

<li>Registration is completed through PickleballTournaments.com.</li>

<li>Each player must register and pay individually. Players are responsible for finding their own partner.</li>

<li>The registration fee is separate from event fees. The registration fee grants entry into the tournament.</li>

<li>Each event (Men’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, etc.) is priced separately.</li>

<li>Event fees may be higher for MoneyBall events due to added value, including cash payouts and enhanced tournament experience.</li>

<li>Fees increase as the tournament date approaches. Pricing is scheduled to rise in phases, so registering early secures the lowest available rate.</li>

<li>All players must pay their own fees — one player cannot cover both partners.</li>

<li>Registrations are non-transferable.</li>

<li>A $5 processing fee applies to all registrations.</li>

Your event date and start time are listed on your tournament division/event card. Please review them carefully, as they are pre-scheduled. If any changes are made, all players in the division will be notified promptly.

<ul>

<li>DUPR ratings determine eligibility and division placement.</li>

<li>If a player registers outside their DUPR rating, they will be automatically moved.</li>

<li>If you are moved into the correct division and choose to withdraw, no refund will be issued.</li>

<li>It is the player’s responsibility to register according to their verified DUPR rating.</li>

<li>Divisions with no early signups may be removed without notice — register early.</li>

<h3 style="background-color:#ffeaea; padding:6px; border-radius:4px;">⬆️ Players That Want To Play Up</h3>

Players are allowed to play up by a half point.

Example:

If John is a 3.3 DUPR player, he technically falls into the

3.0–3.49 division.

However, he is also eligible to play up into the

3.5–3.99 division.

👉 John can play in BOTH divisions.

We understand that ratings can sometimes be frustrating, so we give players the opportunity to play up, challenge themselves, and compete against stronger competition if they choose.

<li>You may enter multiple divisions.</li>

<li>You cannot play in two divisions scheduled at the same time.</li>

<li>Registrations are non-transferable.</li>

<li>You cannot directly transfer your spot to another player.</li>

<li>All substitutions must follow the official process.</li>

<li>The substitute must pay the required administrative/system fees.</li>

<li>The substitute does NOT pay the full tournament price — only the required fees.</li>

<li>All substitution requests must go through the Tournament Director.</li>

Refund Policy

Standard Refunds: Players who withdraw before APRIL 30th 2026 will receive the original amount paid minus a $5 service fee and a $15 administrative fee.

Example: Paid $50 → Refund = $30
