Step back in time and experience pickleball like never before at the Pickleball Vintage Wood Paddle Open at DAC, a one-of-a-kind tournament celebrating the roots of the game! This event will bring nostalgic charm and old-school elegance, swapping modern gear for wooden paddles and honoring the heritage of pickleball. A $20 vintage fee is included with registration and covers your official wooden paddle, provided by Pickleball Central, which is yours to keep as a momento! All participants are required to compete using the vintage wood paddles to ensure an authentic, old-school experience.

The event will be held at the Downstate Athletic Center, in Peekskill, NY. We are fully climate controlled and keep it cool and comfortable! The official ball will be the Franklin X-40, supplied by the tournament. Depending upon each bracket size, teams will play a minimum of 6, 11 pt games, in a match play format, or 5, 15 pt games. All divisions will have at least a championship match after the round robin.

Note, the tournament reserves the right to combine divisions, based upon final registrations. Players DUPR ratings may not exceed a divisions stated range - teams may be moved if necessary. Start times for all divisions are estimates and are subject to change.
