This tournament will be hosted in collaboration with The Auburn Picklebears & Sypik Australia.

Registration is as follows which includes entry into one event. Players can enter a maximum of 1 event.

$50 early bird entry (now till 9/24/2025)

$55 regular entry (9/24/2025 till 4/10/2025)

$60 late entry (4/10/2025 till 8/10/2025)

What is DUPR?

DUPR (Dynamic Universal Pickleball Rating) is the global rating system that tracks your skill level (2.0 to 6.9) based on match results. A linked DUPR account helps us seed divisions fairly and ensure balanced matchups.

Be proactive to find a partner - someone also looking for a partner, or someone you know who has not registered yet.

PLAYER RATINGS

This tournament uses DUPR ratings.

-Players will not be able to sign up to events which their DUPR exceeds.

We may make exceptions for the following reasons

- Low reliability scores in DUPR ratings

- Past performances in tournaments

- DUPR only exceeding the cap by a small margin.

Tournament Organiser reserves the right to move players into appropriate divisions to ensure both fairness and competitive competition.

Registrations for all events close on 8th October or once full.

Picklepoint Milperra is a premier sports facility which will boast 13 outdoor pickleball courts with a grandstand court for medal matches.

Tournament director will prioritise pools of 5 or 6 teams. With an expected 3 teams per pool proceeding to playoffs.

All players will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 games per event.

Games will be to 15 points by 2 points in round robin events with up to 4 teams, and up to 11 points by 2 points in round robin events with 5 or more teams.

Franklin X40 will be used balls for Outdoor.

IMAGES TAKEN DURING THE TOURNAMENT

It is a condition of entry that all attendees may be photographed or filmed at the event and that these images may be stored and used by APB, SWS or our sponsors on websites, social media and other purposes without express permission or payment. NOTE: Filming of games requires the permission of all players on the court. If all players agree and the camera is in a fixed location, the device must be positioned at waist height or above.

This is a Tier 1 Pickleball Australia sanctioned tournament.

Withdrawal up to the close of registration will get a full refund.

Withdrawal after the close of registration and before the publishing of the draws (3 days prior to

the event) will incur a $20 administration fee.

Once draws and times are published (3 days prior to tournament commencing), no refund will

be given.

This is an outdoor venue. Games will be rescheduled where possible in case of a wet weather. If games are unable to rescheduled, cancellations make take place.
