Welcome to Picklefest at Jersey Pickleball Club! This tournament will be held on February 27th to March 1st at the brand new indoor facility, Jersey Pickleball Club @ Bell Works, which features 5 dedicated pickleball courts!
There will be singles, doubles, and mixed brackets with skill levels ranging from 3.0-4.5+ with prize money for the 4.5+ divisions. Total prize money depends on total number of entrants in 4.5+ divisions. See prize money section for more info. There will be medals for top three finishers from each bracket. Come out for fun games, competitive pickleball, and a good time! Snacks will be provided for all tournament players. We also will be utilizing Jersey Pickleball Club's SaveMyPlay video recording system and registrants will be able to record their matches free of charge.
Moneyball division matches will not be uploaded to DUPR! All amateur bracket matches will still be uploaded to DUPR.
Registration cost for this tournament is $65.
Each amateur event is $25.
Each 4.5+ level event is $50 (each player must bring cash)
Pickleball brackets also charges each registrant a $5 service fee per event with the maximum being $10 during checkout.
Registration includes a FREE custom Jersey Pickleball Club tournament T-shirt.
When a player signs up for a doubles event, his or her partner must register and pay within 7 days of that time or else the team will be moved to the waitlist. Once both players are registered and paid, the team will be automatically moved off the waitlist.
Start times will not be announced until the week registration closes. We will give you an idea of what time of day each event will be (morning, afternoon, evening!) This is because the number of signups for each event will determine when we can start each bracket. We need to know the final number of entrants for each event in order to determine the most efficient start times to keep the day running as smoothly as possible. Start times will be released a couple of days before registration closes and may be subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.
The match results in all brackets will be instantly uploaded to DUPR, except for 4.5+ brackets!
Brackets may be combined if not enough teams are signed up in a given event. If necessary, Skill levels may be combined. If a bracket has 3 teams or less, this bracket may be combined with another bracket.
The format for all events will be ROUND ROBIN with top teams from each pool advancing to playoffs. Each team will be guaranteed at least 3 games. Pools and amount of teams in each pool will be determined based on how many teams are in the given event.
Format may be abbreviated if necessary due to any other unforeseen circumstance but the tournament directors will do the best they can to get all matches played and keep regular format. Reach out to Thomas@Jerseypickleballclub.com with any questions!
