Welcome to Parkland Pickleheads Members Only/Fun Tournament. This tournament is Non-Sanctioned and Result will NOT count towards your Brackets Rating. Therefore, let's just have some FUN!!

*** Please Note - All members MUST enter the tournament at their current club rating. For example, If you play 3.5 at Club RR, you MUST play 3.5 in the tournament. You cannot play down in skill level from your club rating but are welcome to play up in skill . ***

- Youth can enter in the adult division if they have an earned bracket rating for that level. Or they can enter into the Youth division, which will be open to all youth.

- Enter the tournament at the level you play Club RR or higher. This may change depending on registration numbers. Meaning, if we don't have enough players registered in one level, they may get combined with another level. When registration closes, we will organize people into appropriate age brackets(pending registration numbers).

Tournament Dates: Friday, Sept 8th, 2023 - Sunday, Sept 10th, 2023.

Friday will be the fun day with skills and drills competition.

Saturday will be Mixed Doubles

Sunday will be Mens/Womens Doubles

Registration Opens: July 24th, 2023 @ 7pm

Registration Closes: Aug 28th, 2023 @ 7pm

Details are as follows:

- Entry Fee: $30.00/player. Second Event is $10.00.

- Format: Round Robin. If there's only 1-3 Teams in an event - Combined with another bracket(s)

- Game format: Single game to 11, win by 1. Followed by a medal round.

- Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each (combined) bracket.

- Team-based entry - Partner must be registered within 2 days. If not, you will be moved to the waitlist.

- Tournament Ball will be the outdoor yellow Franklin X-40.

**The tournament director reserves the right to add, combine, modify, or cancel skill levels/events pending registration numbers. Events can also be rescheduled/cancelled as needed pending weather and other outside influences beyond our control (ie. Covid restrictions).**

Player requested withdrawals will be accepted until August 28th, 2022 at 7pm, with a full refund less $10.

After August 28th, 2022 at 7pm, no refunds will be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS!

PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor event with no make-up date. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is NOT available. If events are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the event may be finished or if winners may be determined.
