Picklemesilly Holiday Spectacular Pickleball Tournament

Thank you for your interest in participating in PickleMeSilly LLC events! If you participated in our previous tournaments we welcome you back! If this is your first event with PickleMeSilly, we look forward to you joining our growing family of Pickleball players.

WHEN: Saturday December 2nd & Sunday December 3rd, 2023 (exact date and time of events to be determined)

WHERE: The tournament will be held at Dill Dinkers in Finksburg, Maryland featuring 12 dedicated indoor courts.

COST: Registration is $65 per player. Each event is $20 in addition to the registration fee. A $5 bracket admin fee is added to all registrations. There are no refunds unless the tournament is cancelled or under special circumstances at the sole discretion of the tournament manager.

EVENTS - Exact times to be determined you will be notified at least 48 hours before the start of your competition.

PLEASE NOTE: If your desired event is not showing up as an option your RATING on Pickleballbrackets.com most likely needs to be adjusted so the events you wish to join appear as an option.

Spectators are welcome to attend the event and cheer on their friends and family. There is standing room around the courts and some limited seating provided. Chairs can be set up in designated areas around the court fences. Please no tents inside the facility. There is also a lounge and full restrooms with showers. Lockers available on first come first serve bring your own lock.

Players attending their first tournament event are encouraged to arrive early to ask questions and get comfortable with a new and exciting tournament environment.

Players may warm up on open courts before the start of play. Players arriving after start of play will be allowed a 5-minute warm up on assigned court if no courts are available before start time.

All players will need to attend a BRIEF mandatory player meeting before the start of play.

USAPA 2023 rules will apply. Referees may be provided for championship rounds if available.

Award medals will be awarded for the top three teams in each bracket Champion (gold)/Runner-Up (silver)/Third Place (bronze).

You are encouraged to bring your own pre-prepared food and drinks.

Children are welcome, and are to be supervised at all times by an adult to not interfere with game management or competition.

Alcohol is permitted in the facility by persons 21 and over. No alcohol consumption is permitted on the playing courts at any time. Players competing in the scheduled events may NOT consume alcohol at any time until they are eliminated from the tournament competition. No exceptions. Violators will be disqualified without warning and without refunds. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind inside the facility at any time.

Please no food or drinks allowed inside the playing courts. No radios or noise makers are permitted. No soliciting, advertising banners, and signs are permitted with permission from the event management.

No pets are allowed during this event.

A certified EMT/Athletic Trainer will be on side during playing times to assist players with any medical concerns.

And we all want to have FUN at these events...we will do our utmost to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our players, guests, and staff. Everyone is expected to adhere to all municipal laws and regulations, and exhibit the highest degree of sportsmanship and fair play at all times. If you plan on drinking alcohol, Uber and other shared ride services are strongly encouraged. The management reserves the right to dismiss any player, team, or spectator at any time for violation of generally accepted codes of good conduct published herein or otherwise assumed. The event management reserved the right to remove any person in violation of these expectations from the event without warning, and without refund. Please secure your valuables at all times or leave at home. There are limited lockers available on a first come first serve basis. The event management is not responsible for property lost and or stolen that is brought to the event.

CANCELLATION DEADLINE: 11/20/2023

Withdrawals before November 20, 2023 will receive a credit towards a future Picklemesilly event.

This is an indoor tournament and will take place in the event of rain. Any other conditions requiring the cancellation or postponement of the event will be communicated to attendees.
