Refund Policy
Thank you for registering for our fundraiser. To help us effectively plan the event, the following refund policy applies:
Registration fees are refundable if a cancellation request is received at least 14 days before the tournament date.
A $10 administrative fee may be deducted from all approved refunds.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 14 days before the tournament, except in the event the tournament is canceled by the organizers.
Player substitutions may be permitted up to 48 hours before the tournament with prior approval from the tournament director.
If the tournament is canceled due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond the organizers' control, participants may receive a full refund, a partial refund, or a credit toward a future event, at the discretion of the tournament organizers.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the tournament director or the event contact listed on the registration form.
Failure to attend the tournament ("no-shows") does not qualify for a refund.
By registering for the tournament, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
