It’s a player’s format: round robin or pool play followed by a playoff in each category, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to play. No two matches and you are out. Join us for women’s doubles, men’s doubles, mixed doubles and singles.

Nine age groups and 5 skill levels are offered, with 41 categories of play. You’ll play on 49 dedicated courts, each fenced in with 8 feet on each sideline and 10 feet behind the baseline. Superior LED lighting, optimal viewing of play on most courts, and lots of shade. Thirteen courts are under cover with a championship court that seats 1200. We have a restaurant (The Kitchen) and a concession (The Depot) that will appeal to your palette. Plenty water stations and toilets strategically located throughout the venue. Pictona also offers a large player shop with an outstanding selection of paddles, clothing and more. And we’ll top it off with “Pictona” hospitality provided by our experienced staff and super volunteers.

Number of games and points per game vary based on number of entries in each bracket.

Championship game 2/3 to 11

Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.

Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

For players registering without a DUPR rating, your self rating from your Pickleball/Pickleball Tournaments/Pickleball Brackets profile will be used to determine which skill level you will be eligible to register to play in.

If you do not have a value for Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Singles in your profile, you will need to edit your profile to add values for each of these categories before the registration software will allow you to register.

To edit your profile:

* Log into Pickleball.com/Pickleball Tournaments (uses same password as Pickleball Brackets)

* Your first name will appear in the upper right of the page

* Click on your name

* On the drop down menu, click on "My Profile"

* A new window will open, click on "Edit Profile"

* In your profile, locate the fields for Self Rating for Doubles, Mixed Doubles and Singles. Fill in the appropriate values.

* Click "Save" at the top of the screen.

Food and Beverage Policy

Bottle fillers and water fountains are located throughout the Pictona Campus. Water and sports drinks are the only beverages permitted to be brought into Pictona and players may bring fruit and energy bars into the facility. We request no other drinks or food be brought into Pictona. The Depot (our concession stand) and The Kitchen (our restaurant) provide an appealing selection of items at reasonable prices. The purchase of food and beverages is a vital part of supporting the costs to operate the not-for-profit Pictona.

Dog Policy

The City of Holly Hill does not allow dogs on the Pictona Campus.

We have 400 parking spaces surrounding the Pictona Campus and an additional 400 spaces across the street at Holly Hill City Hall. Parking is free.

Refund Policy

Withdraw from the tournament for any reason before March 13, 2025 and we’ll refund your registration and event fee less a $25 service fee. Refunds will be processed at completion of tournament.

No refunds when cancelling after March 13, 2025

Prior to March 13, 2025, players may seek to transfer the registration to another person. A $5/event transfer fee must be paid to cover the non refundable software service fee from Pickleball Brackets.
