Join our upcoming tournament series featuring multiple divisions and paddle prizes for champions. Each event’s date, time, division, and skill range will be listed in the event details.
Format
Match format (pool play / round robin / bracket) will be shared once registrations are finalized.
Format may change based on participation to ensure fair and smooth play.
Minimum Teams / Prize Policy
Paddle prizes are awarded only if the minimum team requirement for that event is met.
If minimum teams are not reached, an alternate prize may be substituted.
Check-In
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in.
All players must complete check-in before play begins and sign any required waiver/sportsmanship agreement.
Photo ID and skill verification may be requested.
Eligibility & Rating Integrity
Players must meet the skill/rating limits listed for each event (DUPR caps apply where stated).
No sandbagging or false rating information.
Players who exceed the rating cap or provide incorrect ratings may be disqualified and/or refunded at the organizer’s discretion.
Tiebreakers (for Pool Standings)
Standings are determined by:
Total wins
Point differential
Head-to-head result
Tournament director decision (if needed)
Officiating & Fair Play
Matches are self-officiated.
Players are expected to make fair and honest line calls.
Any unresolved disputes will be decided by the tournament director, and the decision is final.
Sportsmanship
Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. The following may result in penalties or disqualification:
Unsportsmanlike behavior or abusive language
Cheating or harassment
Unsafe conduct
Intentional misrepresentation of rating/skill level
Late Arrival / Forfeit
Teams must be ready when called to their assigned court.
Late teams may lose points/games or be forced to forfeit at the tournament director’s discretion.
Injury / Withdrawal
If a player cannot continue due to injury, the team may be required to forfeit.
Substitutions are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance.
Match Reporting
Both teams must confirm the final score after each match.
Scores must be reported immediately; changes require agreement from both teams and tournament director approval.
Equipment
Official tournament ball will be used (listed in event details).
Please avoid wearing clothing that closely matches the ball color.
Delays / Schedule Changes
If needed due to court availability or unforeseen circumstances, the tournament director may adjust start times, match timing, court assignments, or the schedule. Players are responsible for staying updated throughout the event.
