This is a ONE day mixed doubles "Blind Draw" tournament with skill brackets including: 3.0 and under and, 3.5 and under. All net proceeds benefit the Bear Glasgow YMCA of Delaware.

*** Brackets will be broken into age groups May 1st and will be done so to ensure quality play and fairness to everyone. This tournament is not sanctioned and will not be fed to DUPR, so age brackets may NOT fall across the 10-year groupings you normally experience. Players that register after May 1 will be added to the most suitable bracket. ***

Games will be played on three (3) indoor courts with temporary nets. Both partners must be paid in full with signed waivers for registration to be considered complete and to ensure your spot in the bracket. Schedules will be posted a few days in advance and brackets will be available on the day of play.

Primary format will be double elimination. Games will be played best 2 out of 3, win by 2. Consolation bracket will play one game to 15, win by 2. However, if in the Gold Medal match the survivor bracket team wins 2 out of 3, then there is an additional playoff game to 15 points, win by 2.

Brackets of 5 teams or less will play a Round Robin format.

USAPA 2023 rules will apply. Tournament ball will be an orange indoor Diadem Power Pickleball for all skill levels.

Team age brackets are determined by the age of the youngest partner. Age as of December 31, 2023.

Note: Older players may play down, but not up in age groups.

Team skill level will be determined by the highest skill level.

Tournament Director reserves the right to change the format, adjust the age brackets, and cancel the event based on participation.

Medals will be awarded for the top three teams in each bracket regardless if combined.

Check in starts at 7:30AM for those with 8AM bracket starts. Players scheduled after 8:00AM will need to be checked in at least :30 minutes prior to their bracket start and will be allowed a 5 minute warm up.

A few days prior to tournament date, a schedule of events will be available on pickleballbrackets.com. Brackets will be posted the day of play.
