POP Summer Slam will offer a unique tournament experience for all players! 8 indoor cushioned courts in a temperature controlled facility with music and the option for all players, participants, and spectators to purchase food and drink in The Kitchen, our 90 seat restaurant located on the second floor.
The planned format will be a round robin pool play followed by a single elimination bracket. Based on number of teams per event the format may be modified. We will do our best to get you as much play as possible.
All events will be played with the Franklin X-40 ball.
AGE BRACKETS - If you are a 60+ player and your partner is under 60, you will have to play down in the 10+ bracket
BRACKET CHANGES - Events may be merged/split by age or skill based on number of registrants. Registering for this tournament means you accept that this may happen.
PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY - Players must be paid and have registered and their partner paid to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered, paid partners will be moved to the waitlist if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams by 06/23/25
WAITING LIST - If the event you want to play is full, we encourage you to register for the waitlist.
TIMES WILL NOT BE POSTED (and we do not know the times) UNTIL REGISTRATION CLOSES AND TOURNAMENT LAY OUT IS FINISHED. We apologize for any inconvenience but that is the nature of tournaments.
This tournament is not sanctioned, however, we will be following the USA Pickleball rules including the approved paddle list.
Registration is $65 and $10 per additional event. Pickle On Penn Members who participate will receive a $10 account credit! Only one event per day will be allowed.
